Cpak’s unique advantage to our public sector customers is the ability to provide a breadth of server, storage, and networking experience through state & federal contract vehicles.

State Contracts

The State Purchasing Division (SPD) establishes Statewide Contracts (SWCs) for the benefit of both state and local government entities throughout Georgia. By leveraging the state’s purchasing power, SPD establishes competitive statewide contracts for a variety of products, services, and equipment. State and local governments can benefit from the convenience and competitive pricing of these pre-established contracts. Cpak holds the following state contracts (directly or indirectly).

• Cisco
• HP
• Lenovo
• IBM

Federal Contracts (GSA Schedule 70)

GSA Schedule Contracts, also known as GSA Schedules or Federal Supply Schedules, were developed to assist federal employees in purchasing products and services; they contain pre-negotiated prices, delivery terms, warranties, and other terms and conditions that streamline the buying process. Some state agencies are allowed to use GSA contracts.

Some of the primary products available through this contract:

• VMware
• Veeam
• LG
• Lexmark
• Panasonic
